• What are your services?
My clients are diverse and so are their needs. They include busy professionals, newlyweds, stay-at-home parents, downsizing senior citizens, entrepreneurs, and college students. My services are listed on my "Yes Dear"quote page.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
I pride myself on respecting my clients’ time. Should we ever need to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice to you, you will receive one additional hour for Professional organizing services at no charge. Similarly, I ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours when rescheduling an appointment. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will be added to your invoice.

  • How do you charge for your services?
Each project is unique. If you’re interested in my services, go to “Yes Dear”, fill out the form and I will promptly provide you with an estimate.

  • How are confidentiality and privacy handled?
I abide by the ethics of NAPO confidentiality practices. Splendid Wife may use your story to demonstrate success and/or possibilities of services but will never use your name or identifying features without your written permission.

  • Are your services expensive?
Disorganization and running in circles costs money and time. How much money would you save if you paid your bills on time and didn’t have late fees? Or you didn’t wait till the last minute to buy those plane tickets. How much money would you save if you didn’t have to buy multiple copies of things you already own but simply can’t find in those cabinets and closets? Disorganization costs you anxiety, frustration, and the opportunity to be FABULOUS. The true cost of disorganization is staggering because ultimately it robs you of a truly splendid life.

  • My mess is too embarrassing to let you see.
It’s OK, really. I’ve seen the worst of the worst. My job is to judge the situation, not you! I’ll help you to find a solution so that you don’t have to suffer the anxiety or shame of avoiding guests.

  • I can do it myself.
Of course you can! But you haven’t! Let me help you kick start the improvements you’ve been dreaming of. Why go at it alone when we can handle it together?

  • How long will it take?
It depends on each project. The easier it is for you to make decisions on what or to keep/throw out/donate, the faster it will go.

  • Will you force me to throw out all my stuff?
I won’t force you to do anything you don’t want to do. For example, maybe you love an old set of china that your grandma gave you, but most of it is broken. I might encourage you to create a mosaic picture frame from the broken pieces to keep as a memento and let go of the rest.
